Clean, quiet, friendly helpful staff and close to everything. The rooms are well sized and have everything you need to get by. My stay was 3 months, very well priced for what you get, and would definitely return.

It was a great stay. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff there are extremely professional and friendly. You can order takeaway food from the nearby restaurants and get it delivered to your apartment. Apartments are cleaned well. The appliances for the apartment rooms are great, your standard washing machine, clothes washing machine, dryer, stove and microwave. I liked the layout of the appliances such as the dryer and the washing machine. It is placed conveniently to save space. Rooms are an okay size. Living room is a decent size as well.
Check in at reception closes at 11pm. That was the only downfall of this place as it's not 24hrs. I got upgraded from a studio to a 2 bedroom apartment. It was nice but I really didn't need the space! They have a local restaurant where you can order breakfast the night before and they will deliver it to your room the next morning. Prices include meal, smoothie and coffee/tea.
I stayed for two nights for business. The apartment was meticulously clean, extremely well appointed and perfectly located. The staff are polite, friendly and efficient and every interaction was handled courteously and with a smile. The apartment had full kitchen facilities, but if you don't feel like cooking there is also a brilliant arrangement with a about six or seven local restaurants where they will deliver and charge back to your room. Very convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend the Quest Glen Waverley, and will stay here again.
