Rewind provide consistent high-quality lab services, and excellent customer service. It's very much worth making the time for a visit. Their film prices are competitive, if you need to restock and would rather support a bricks and mortar store.

Inconsistent results. Sometimes I would get clear-cut photos, but other times it seems like they didn't even bother with colour correction. BW developing and scanning is still great though, its just that the colour film never seems to be quite right. I recently sent in a roll of Fuji Pro 400H, only to get back heavily tinted green scans, as if they didn't bother with colour correction. Their scans also feels flat, with no brightness in the highlights. Overall I feel like I would rather send my film to some place else. Great processing time though; usually takes about one business day, less if they've got less traffic.

This is the best film shop in Sydney. They have also provided a fantastic service! Quick turn around for developing my photos and always have a wide variety of film on offer. The staff are always lovely and super helpful.

I’ve gotten multiple rolls developed here over the years. Turnaround is usually great, scans used to be tops but I’ve felt like recently the colour and framing has been a bit whack. Not sure if it’s just variation in the care level taken by a specific staff member. Just had a bad experience recently when I was following up a job that was a week out from expected delivery - customer service was curt and unhelpful. Sad to leave ya

the main male staff member who works here is incredibly helpful and friendly - I'd recommend going straight to him as soon as you step inside, for any advice or questions! it's quite a tricky shop to locate, and you can easily miss it. walk from glebe point road, and you will find it a few steps away around the corner after bombay street kitchen. it's a little pricier than camera warehouse, however is worth it if you're after extra care and noticeably better quality.

Friendly enthusiastic staff and they offer a great (reasonably priced) developing service.

Amazing people who works at rewind photo lab, not just professional film processing work, they have many 120/135 film in stock as well such as the Kodak portra 400 and Ektar 100, thanks to the lady who turned the light on for me to see the film when it was off . I love to see the diversity rewind also have in their shop, would be my go to film processing/purchase from now on.

Had 15 rolls of colour film developed by Rewind recently and the negatives came back scratched, and with marks on them clearly caused by the process and or persons processing the film. I approached rewind regarding this issues and they were quick to not accept any responsibility what so ever claiming that upon inspection of the negatives by their staff the causes of the marks and scratches were inconclusive and they would not be claiming responsibility for the damage caused by their processing. 340 of film and processing fees later I am left with a 15 rolls of film processed and damaged by this lab and no apology, no offer of reimbursement for the cost of the film or processing fees, and a bunch of damaged useless negatives. I would not recommend this lab to anyone unless you want to deal with a bunch of hipsters whom think they are better than there customers, and whom are to high and mighty to take responsibility for their actions.
