I recently did a 14 day Panchakarma treatment with Dr Aswani. It was extremely enjoyable. I enjoyed all aspects of the treatments and being a non vegetarian even the food that was supplied each day. Dr Aswani was extremely knowledgeable and a very caring person. As a side benefit I lost 7kg in weight and felt refreshed and healthy. I would definitely do again. David

The quality of the treatments (including medication and meals for Panchakarma) is great and the cost is very reasonable. Dr Aswani is a calm, pleasant and amazing Ayurvedic doctor who looks to treat the underlying root cause of the ailments.

Since visiting Dr Aswani’s clinic and following her advice, I have seen a lot of improvement to my overall health. She prescribed a specific diet and lifestyle changes which have helped to put me back on the right track again. What I really like about Dr Aswani’s approach is that she really takes a holistic view and she does not recommend medication or treatments unless they are absolutely necessary. Dr Aswani’s clinic is just like being in Kerala as the consultation and treatments are all done by Dr Aswani herself which makes the experience truly genuine and authentic.

I would recommend 5 days panchkarma body detoxification. I felt 3 days was short and had to change it to 5 days. I had done this before at Cochin and it was for 27 days. I would definitely visit next year for a 7 days treatment.
