Never use 13cabs service, they’re not reliable and their customer service is awful. We recently booked a 13cabs taxi to Adelaide airport, their staff booked a wrong time for us and we ended up missing our flight. They ruined our holiday but have never been responsible for that!!

Punctual, helpful loading luggage and really friendly. Very happy with service of maxi taxi.
DON'T USE!!!!!! over 45min wait, spoke to the driver after 20 and told him he is too late and don't worry about it but he still went to pickup location. I was able to get to the airport, chek-in and get half way through security befor driver arrived. Cheers
Orders a taxi and had to wait over 2 hours for it to arrive. End up missing my next appointment. Rang back about 5 times and told no taxis in the area. If you preorder it it is great but if wanting it straight away...forget it!

Taxi never came. Trying to support taxi drivers by calling 13cabs when I needed a ride. Extended hold time to book a cab,15 minute wait, still nothing. Downloaded ola, driver 1min away... Mind you, this was 11am on Port Road in Adelaide, a main arterial Rd into and out of the city. Very disappointing.
Pre-ordered cab for a meeting. Was supposed to arrive at 11:40, checked the app and they hadn't even assigned a cab by 11:40. Taxi didn't arrive until 11:55. Not impressed. Don't see the point of pre-booking if they can't arrive on time. Taxi was clean and driver polite though. Will try another company next time.
