Lovely customer service by a bunch of lovely staff members. I am continually spoken to very politely by the staff and a can't thank them enough for everything they do to help my family. It is excellent to see that the place has been renovated and that the staff are continually being trained to adapt to customer demand. Great Job guys and girls, keep it up : )
Great staff with wheelchair access
The national number is a disgrace!!! I was trying to find a phone number to ring a local Centrelink to find out if they had a client photocopy machine. It would only give an address via a very limited automated service. It must be debilitating for someone who was in crisis or needed to speak to someone urgently. I also tried to use the chat function on the app..... doesnt work either!! Everyone who pays taxes deserve better than this!!
