I just need to say a BIG thank you to Susie Spinks for the 5 week meditation course she provided during a time of isolation. The zoom classes provided me with a sense of comfort and a calmness during a stressful time. Her teaching skill were outstanding and she was always happy to share all her knowledge, that I am now using on a daily basis.️

I’ve been regularly practising meditation, guided by Susie Spinks, for the last 4 years. In that time I notice how I am calmer and able to use my emotions as a guide, rather than just gut reacting to the situations that they arise from. My memory has also improved noticeably. The sessions are varied and anchored in references to scientific studies, which she often quotes and references to tie back to the meditation practise, which keeps it engaging.

Also recommend the 4 session package which is well researched with a scientific theme explaining why meditation and mindfullness technicques can assist your health and wellbeing. Many different techniques are practiced so you can identify whats best for you.
