This is my second time to eat at Gisborne Collective and I noticed the service is quicker first time around. The wood fired pizza is better during lunch time, maybe the chef is different at night time. I loved the risotto, it was properly cooked and not runny with water. The rib eye was average compare to its price, it should be good with salad or more vegetable as sides. Overall, it is a good place to eat with friends and family.
Amazing food and amazing staff. Food worth the price and good portions. I eat a lot so with one starter added it was almost too much! This was for Lunch BTW. For those who are scrolling through reviews, please check this place out!
I had an average experience here. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Some of the food served was excellent while others were disappointing. Iced Coffees - Superb. Chilled with ice cream. Disco Fries - Amazing. Cheesy with delicious gravy! Korean Fried Chicken Ribs - Very tasty bbq sauce but chicken was cold. Disappointing. Fat Mexican Pizza - we requested chicken instead of salami and it tasted like boiled chicken with no seasoning and was unpleasant to eat. Had to take it all off the pizza. What a waste. For 5 stars in the future, please check food temperature before serving to the customer. Chicken ribs aren’t that great cold. Chicken for pizza topping, please add some seasoning to it as it was very disgusting.
Ive come to the collective a few times now, never been disappointed. Best cheese and garlic pizza ever!!! Friendly staff, amazing atmosphere. Will definitely come back. Thank you guys
Had a wonderful family dinner. They served up large meals which were definitely value for money. Great service, friendly, attentive staff. I would definitely recommend eating here.
I went here with my parents for lunch and the food was amazing! I had a halloumi and mushroom bagel and I highly recommend it and the walnut and chocolate brownie for a cheeky dessert. The girl serving our table was outstanding in terms of customer service, very friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back again.
We love it so much that we had our wedding here! The best staff and the food is fantastic and those pizza bases and so delicious! You must try the garlic pizza it’s soooooo good! We also go like once a week haha that’s how much we love it
