These guys are incredible! We hired a bunch of furniture from them which helped create beautiful spaces at our ceremony and reception locations; they also rigged / set-up lighting which created a beautiful atmosphere in the evening. Delivery and pick-up was all hassle free, Matt was so helpful! Vanessa was with us on the e-mails all the way, such attention to detail and great service levels, always responsive and happy to help. We also went with their on the day co-ordination - no regrets! I felt like I could relax getting ready the day of the wedding, knowing Jade (legend!) was checking everything and receiving suppliers and generally making sure the day ran as planned. All our family and those involved in the set-up raved about Jade and how lovely she was. Thank you guys, we had the best day and couldn’t have done it without WEC xx

Saviors. If you are in between deciding to have a wedding coordinator or or not please take this as a sign that you most definitely need one. I was determined I was going to manage it myself and decided at short notice that I needed a hand! Vanessa has the patience of a saint. She is so efficient in coordinating your hire items and ensures you're on track with the plans for the big day, if it wasn't for Vanessa I would of been writing my run sheet the night before! Our wedding day coordinator was the beautiful Jade. Jade is made for this! She cross checked all my items before the day and made very helpful suggestions and last minute things I hadn't spotted myself. On the day I swear she did the job of 5 different people in one. She made the day the success it was and I am so so grateful. Thank you Jade, everyone adored you! And lastly the delivery and set up team were awesome! So friendly and got the job done so easily. Vanessa and the team at The Wedding and Event Creators and The Gelato Bike are just brilliant! We had several forced changes of our wedding plans due to the pandemic of 2020, no changes were ever a hassle for Vanessa and the team. We hired items from the Wedding and Event Creators for our wedding a few weeks back. Vanessa and her team were amazing through the whole process, incredibly responsive and they really cared about having everything work perfectly for us. They worked with our venue to arrange drop off and pick up without us needing to do the run around. Everything looked amazing and i wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
Amazing wedding events company. So easy to get in contact with. We hired a ceremony package and it turned out absolutely beautiful. The stress we had leading up with the weather we had to change our ceremony location a couple of days before. The arbour in the package would not have fit in the new location, they quickly gave us another option that would- absolute legends! Can’t thank you enough. And we will be reccomending to anyone! They set up and pack down too so no stress! Thank you again ️
Vanessa and her team at WEC are absolutely amazing! Their set up and coordination package is 100% worth it! Vanessa was awesome in the lead up to the big day, always responded super quickly to emails and was super helpful. The online documents used for the set up/styling and coordination package are awesome and super detailed, making sure that everything is covered before the big day. Julz coordinated my wedding and instantly made me feel at ease when I met her the day before to go through everything. Her setting up and coordination service on the day meant that I could spend the day relaxing and enjoying myself. Highly recommend!!!
The Wedding & Event Creators were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Vanessa so kindly accommodated our last minute changes to our hirer requests and was such a pleasure to work with. The team dropped off and collected our order and everything was so seamless and made it stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Wedding & Event Creators!
