Great service and all the service staff looks really happy to serve. We ordered cheeseburger, pizza and garlic bread and it’s delicious! Nice ambience as well! We enjoyed it so much, we made another booking the next night!

Scotch steak was disappointing for the price. What kind of restaurant doesnt have a menu or specials? You have to QR scan to get a look at a menu but then threres two different apps, one doesnt even have the menu?!

The Provincial has a great web site with an online menu which i was able to peruse befroe making a booking for two by the mobile number provided on the site. We arrived at the restaurant, the table was reserved and the owner met us at the door to explain the drinks and food service to us. We ordered our drinks, prices are good, service is with a smile, helpful, efficient and fast. We ordered our food, the entree was there within a few minutes, a nice pitta bread with a dip, perfect to get the taste buds going before the main and good value for money. The waiter then kindly asked us if were ready for our main meal, which was a nice, not often seen touch. The meal came as we requested. I had the Lamb Shank on a bed of Mashed Potato with Peas and my lady-friend had the Scotch Fillet with Salad and Chips. Both meals could not be faulted and were cooked and presented on time to perfection. While we were eating the first rate food, once again the owner checked to see we were happy. On leaving I thanked the staff and left them a decent tip. I love the warmth and atmosphere of this place. Sometimes they have live music in the beer garden out the back. Friendly helpful staff, great, helpful owner/manager and five star food at great prices, comes highly recommended. I have been here about ten times now and will continue to do so. A comment about the prices, they are value for money, as we are 450 kilometres from Perth which is the most isolated city in the world, in a regional area where petrol, groceries and other costs are much higher, you have to expect to pay a little bit more in this town for great food and great service.
