Awesome Ford Dealership. Purchased a new car there and they couldn't do enough for me. A great team, great service.
I have unfortunately had the misfortune to have many interactions with this dealership, and can with full honesty say that this is by far the worst car dealership in Geraldton, and probably in all WA. They lie to customers faces, rip you off and do not rectify issues within warrenty. I will only be taking my vehicles to Perth for service now, where the customer will be listened to and handled with respect.
I am so disappointed in the service team. I was quoted 252 dollars for a service of which I agreed to. Went to pick up car and was asked to pay 576. I politely asked them why and they said they made a mistake on the initial quote. Then my drivers side rear door was scratched and when I rang them they said the manger was in a meeting. 15mins later I rang back and they said he is on his way to Perth what a joke aboutstley disgusting behaviour from this group. Its true that the name of this business will never change. Still waiting for a phone call back.
Recently purchased a 2016 Ford Ranger XLT from Wayne and Jeremy. Can’t rate these guys highly enough, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted, and even assisted with some trivial issues after purchase as well. They’re a highly professional team and a credit to dealership.
Well, I phoned Ford at Geraldton 3 times last week to see if they could fit me in for a service. As I am 7.4m long and 3mtrs high, I didn't know if I could fit in their facility.( I have been to other Ford places that couldn't fit me in.) I am still waiting for a reply, even though they had spare appointment times every day this week free. I have heard that they are only interested in selling. The locals told me that.

Exceptional service by Dion and the team at Geraldton Ford. We have had a very hard to diagnose fuel temp issue which required significant problem solving strategies and a thorough approach to resolve issue. Dion snd tesm were fantastic and accurate with quotes and ordering of parts. Dion regularly communicated during our travels south to ensure an accurate diagnosis as possible. Receptionists were very helpful too. The team also found an issue with u bolts which we were not aware of and required attention before traveling back safe home to Vic. Thanks again and highly recommend Geraldton Ford! Regards David
