Very poor customer service with unreliable employees , we’ve bought a car 2 weeks ago which has a crack on dashboard, they covered the crack and we couldn’t saw it.it has 1500 cost to be fixed! we trusted them but unfortunately they cheated us, now they aren’t responsible about this problem, don’t trust them and don’t buy car from Jarvis Ford! So it’s up to you!

My partner bought a 2013 Ford ranger with a canopy. When we got home we took the canopy off and noticed several rust spots along the sides of the tray. We called jarvis and they told us they would sort it out. Jarvis had the car for a day and covered the rust spots with blue paint which has come off now and gave it back to us like that. We noticed that they replaced the black rubber tape that ran along the rear tray as it was abit worn but didnt think anything about it until a week later. We lifted up the tape and realised they covered up a huge line of rust that covered the entire length of the back tray we had no idea was even there. This is the worst customer service we have even seen in our lives so dodgy. We will get a full refund and consumer affairs have been contacted. For such a large company it's actually embarrassing they did this. Big mistake. They also continue to delete this ad so you guys dont find out but I will keep posting it. UPDATE... after chatting with the manager of jarvis who made it quite clear that they were allowed to do what they did (hiding the rust) being very frustrated at this point, I asked him would u yourself buy a car that was rusty and he said and I quote "i would definately buy a car if it was rusty". I said you were completely full of it and walked off.

I purchased a car from here. Got home and there was a big scatch on the inside of windscreen. Never got told about it or anything. Very poor service. Pretty much they don't care probably best to go elsewhere. All they offer was a full tank of petrol to keep me happy. Cost 220 for a windscreen. It's best you avoid this place. They won't tell you anything that's wrong with the car. Updated... they still have not contacted me or anything about the issue. Very poor service and don't care about the customer. Dont shop here
