One of the worst services I have ever found in so called foreign country. Waited for more than 4hours still no help for my 35 weeks pregnant wife. Staff says no beds available to take in but the people who came after us have been called and treated well (how come the beds available for them, no answer from their end).

Absolutely bizarre, been waited for 4 hours for 3 year old child to see doctor and put us on waiting area ,rather than call our turn and took different patient and put us on last in que for longer wait ,poor little kid had to go to private practice doctor because their silly mistake as their mistake to not call the name .

We were on a holiday and my son was taken to ER then to the Pediatrics ward but the amazing staff were so wonderful and kind reassured everything is alright and eased my worry. So caring and kind. Thank you from bottom of out hearts. May God bless you all.

Took over 11 hours to get an ultrasound, then gave us the wrong information which resulted in my partner ending up back in hospital 2 days later ( we went private after this horrendous experience) We will never return to this profoundly useless establishment.

Went there as my vac dressing had come off my wound after a skin graft, advised the triage nurse of the situation, sat there for over 5 hours still no help. After 5 hours of the skin graft being uncovered it subsequently failed to take. This may not have happened if the emergency department had of acted quickly and fixed the vac dressing in a timely manner. Very poor

Came in with issues breathing and was made to wait 6 hours. Ended up going home with more issues as my neck and back were aching from sitting there for so long. After 6 hours still wasn’t seen by anyone.
