Having to move out so close to Christmas is stressful enough, these guys were AMAZING and made everything so much easier. Super friendly the moment you walk in and happy to answer any and all questions, the truck we hired was clean and tidy and was so simple to use. 10/10 would recommend these guys and would 100% use again if we need to move.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can rate thrifty!!! Pulled over tonight by Victoria police to be advised the registration is expired by 13 days. Called the number to get no response and had to pay more expenses for taxi and vehicle to be towed out of intersection to safety due to not being allowed to move it. Well done Thrifty for making sure our car is registered and our family's safety is your priority. This will be taken further as I have received a fine for driving an unregistered vehicle!!! NOT HAPPY!!!
