Your request was for us to certify returns that you prepared and lodged yourself for other purposes that we obviously will not do under any circumstances given we had no input into their preparation." - Not the case at all. I was asking for a letter to confirm the details of my partnership for which I had completed returns for through you. The letter was addresses, names, dates of birth etc. Exactly my point is your receptionist didn't even attempt to understand my request but I got a hard no. So if your services are to reject request from previous clients, then yes you have been able to clarify the services you offer.
Used them for a couple of years and had reasonable service then did my own returns for a couple of years and they declared that I was no longer a client. Receptionist was really rude on the phone and did not even try to help even though it meant they would get my business back. Very disappointing to receive that level of service from a local company.
