Visited the Rebel store in Geelong to return some Asic shoes which were faulty. I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by James and Kylie. Both these staff members need to be congratulated for their excellence in customer service. Kylie in particular was supportive in helping my wife to chose another pair of shoes which is very much appreciated. Well done

Massive selection of all types of sports equipment and all types of brands including Nike, Under Armour, Puma etc The staff are also helpful and friendly and able to help me with any questions I had. Only thing is the store is very isolated in terms of location and not near any other shops/stores.

Apprehensively entered to return some faulty shoes after one short wear. Was expecting to have to go through a long process of returning to the manufacture or something. However Peter in shoes was absolutely amazing and helped me pick out a new pair of shoes that would suit my needs, as it was seen that the fault that was causing me grief was seen in other shoes of that make and model that I’ve had for years with no issue. Again really happy with the service by Peter and others today.

Eye for detail as another male team member noticed we were looking for sth asking if we need help before we interrupt their conversation with other team member. Good shopping experience will sure go back for our sports needs.

A great store. So much larger, so there is a huge selection of items to choose from. Definitely worth a visit

Worst service ever. Waited for half an hour to try on shoes. Gave up and left in the end. Staff couldn't care less and wouldn't move into help the 3 staff fitting shoes. If I was the manager I'd be putting a rocket up the staff for not been flexible and not using initiative to help out in peak periods. We weren't the only ones waiting either, lost a few sales today. And wont be going back after such terrible service.
