I can’t speak more highly of Luke & his team. My Dad had a distressing time at the start of 2020 when he had his toe amputated. Luke was so kind, professional, and absolutely so tuned in to my Dad & Mums hesitation with the process. And he delivered on what he promised & recommended. I cannot recommend Luke and his team highly enough.

I have been wearing orthotics for my plantar fasciitis that I had made by a local podiatrist for years, and never found them to be comfortable because they were made out of plastic. Then I found Luke and he made me a pair of foam rubber ones. They were far more supportive than the ones my podiatrist made for me, and far more comfortable. And my heel pain has been a lot better since I started wearing them. Go see this guy - he knows what he's doing!
I have seen Robert Heideman twice in the past six months for orthotic support pre and post ankle reconstruction surgery. I cannot speak more highly of the warm and knowledgeable service I received throughout. Thanks also to the friendly and caring reception team for calling to let me know I had dropped one of my compression socks on the way out and keeping it aside for me until I could come to collect.
Luke was called out to visit me in St John of God Hospital when I had snapped my humerus. He was rough, though competent. Later, on a second visit he manhandled my arm so badly that it had to be pinned because of the displacement of the bone he caused. No apology even when I screamed with the pain he caused. Refused to refund monies for the earlier work and the brace that was now useless to me. Very uncaring. Wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. He owns Orthotic Motion.
