TERRIBLE SERVICE! Changed my account from prepaid to postpaid.. no mention that I would not be entitled to a credit for the recharge funds I paid a day earlier.. Called customer service and they just referred me back to the store with no solution..terrible they treat long term customers like this

Credit Check declined due to store's fault leaving me upset for at least 2 weeks for nothing. Read the detail below please: Customer service was very poor, they referred me for a credit report from "Veda" as the credit check was declined in the store. Upon checking with the credit reporting firm Veda and paying them 90 dollars nothing came up as negative. So I was very unhappy with the credit reporting agency and called them to know why they declined my credit application. They explained it's not due to our system you should check it with Optus. Upon checking with Optus they told me the issue which could be fixed in the store at the same time when this check was declined. I revisited the store and asked them about this and they then explained that because we are very busy in store so we can't do this internal credit check decline investigations on the phone from our back end Optus Credit check team. What the .........? Complete dissatisfaction from this store and staff.

Just had an amazing service and sales experience with Hannah - I just signed up another Optus phone and a very happy Optus customer. Hannah was so so helpful with all the queries and such a smooth easy transaction.
