Tried to print some photos at the self serve kiosks, they have worked before however this time I couldnt transfer just 20 photos. Used every kiosk they had and waited patiently for over 30 minutes. If the kiosks don’t work they should let people know before so they don’t waste people’s time.

You need to be carefull who you choose to work at your geelong city store. The child who workes there I asked for help on the far wall this morning he could not care less about helping me, he was more concerned with talking to his co worker complaining when lunch was.
Would be awesome if someone actually answered the phone ... just because internet says it’s in stock doesn’t mean it is
The store greeter this morning was impolite and had a sour disposition. While asking a question she walked away from me, this happened twice and I could not retrieve the information I required. Staff need more training in customer service.
Click and Collect at this particular store is extremely unreliable. Click and Collect states '2 Hours' yet I received confirmation that my order would be ready in 3 days even after confirmation from the store that this particular product was in stock. This is the second time I've had issues with this particular store. I didn't bother trying to resolve the matter on the phone because the first time I had to scream and yell to get anywhere with them and the options I was given to resolve this particular matter were pathetic so I just cancelled the order. Did Afterpay it but I'd rather go somewhere reliable and pay ouright.
Nothing that I don't like about this store. Due to these crisis, many stationery items, printers are not available for sure and even self serve printing machines aren't available. It takes forever to get just one page printed through staff assisted printing. Nothing to complain.
