The new manager Robert was super helpful, got me replacement parts and because he got them for free he gave them to me for free! How good is that! Was good to see a passionate manager who knew His products well.

Although the staff are very friendly, most of the products can be found cheaper elsewhere. Although the shop is listed as being open on the Westfield site on Sundays, this doesn't appear to be the case anymore.
