Being 38 weeks pregnant I thought it would be easier to click and collect school orders. The orders were quite small, and paid for immediately with a promise on the website of a 1-2 day turn around. 3 days later no communication from Campion, I phoned their main line (20 minute hold time), only to be told there is more like a 3-4 day turn-around, and there is an error on the website. I was also told there is absolutely nothing I can do to place an urgency on the order, and no one I can talk to regarding the orders. I now have a daughter starting school with no books, if I had have known the turn-around would be so long I would have personally gone elsewhere and bought them in store. Very disappointing, and unprofessional experience, with no communication available to help resolve the issue.

This is the only Educational Bookshop that I know of in Geelong. Well done for staying when other shops left! Any student who needs a text or study guide can rush down here. Staff are quick to assist & will order anything in for you. It's a pity it is hidden away in a small street.
