Loved the thoroughness and honesty that Richie provided my partner and I when he inspected a property we are looking to purchase. His written report of the minor defects we can look to fix (and local contacts for who could fix them) is fabulous. Gives us great peace of mind to know there are no major defects. It is great that Richie is also able to provide his expertise and honesty over the phone, in addition to his written report. Expertise and great customer service sometimes you don't get it. With Richie, we did, hence the five stars.
Contacted Richard for a Building and Pest inspection on a home we had put an offer on. He was instantly personable and answered all the questioned I had and more. He was thorough with the inspection and knew what to look for. I was on site when he was looking over the house and he was happy to chat, take pictures and took interest in any concerns I had. Moreover, he had the report ready within a few hours and emailed this to me. The report itself was extensive a with various pictures to accompany and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this company if you are wanting this service prior to signing the dotted lines.
