We had a difficult space to fill (very tall) which meant we also needed wider fittings to make the "look" right, and a mid-rail placed at a particular height to match an adjacent opening. Brisbane Shutters were great, working on a solution and explaining the engineering of their shutters; and also working on getting the wider fittings in so that the proportions worked. Price was entirely reasonable. We had some delays, but given the Xmas rush and the rain, it wasn't bad or unexpected and they kept in touch. The installation guys were excellent as well. Really pleased overall
