My move from Sydney to Melbourne with Austate was nothing but first class in every aspect (price, process and personalised service). From the moment I spoke to Emily who calmly explained everything to the many phone calls backwards and forwards to the seamless process from start to finish, was a breeze. Even Chris the owner gave me his personal mobile over the weekend so I could stay in contact. Something very rare in today's world. I would not hesitate to recommend Austate when moving interstate. Austate Removals were exceptionally good at organising our stuff from storage to our home in Sydney. I did most of the negotiations through email as we were still living over seas. The staff were excellent, Chris is very understanding as we also had to delay delivery in sydney due to an unfortunate incident. Thanks Chris and team.
