Couldn't help but feel like they just wanted to get rid of me when I was in store. I wanted a specific product from them, but they just told me I should I go elsewhere to get a similar product if I wanted it on the day (to which I repeatedly said i didn't). They told me they would follow up with another elders store and send me details but never did. Wont be back, and from their attitudes, I really don't think they care.

Great service. Called promptly to confirm details of my order, and then arranged their agronomist to pick up it up from Toowoomba to save me shipping costs!

I have never been let down or disappointed when ever I have shopped here. It dose not make any difference if I bye just one article or several, I have been here at the same time as large acre farmers and I have been treated absolutely the same
