Absolutely excellent service from my initial call to book my car in for a service for the first time with the team. Everyone was friendly when I arrived to drop my car off, asked questions about the car and if I would like anything specific inspected. I felt like a valued and respected customer! Barry who drove the courtesy van was amazing, great conversation and made me feel comfortable. The best part - the price! My goodness, it was so much less than I expected or was paying a different mechanic and you did WAY more and then some. Very thorough and worth every cent. Thank you again and I will be back, and using your services for all of my company vehicles as well :)
Don’t do business with this mob, they are dodgey. They don’t follow standard business practices and don’t honour their own quotes. They constantly hassle you, then when you email them they don’t reply. I had a terrible experience and strongly advise consumers to shop at other Toyota dealerships.
The guys at Charlestown Toyota have been unbelievably helpful over the past week while I have been looking and purchasing a new car, as well as servicing an old car. Ryan & Jarrad in the service team were helpful & easy to speak to about what needs to be done to my old rundown car, they were honest & trustworthy when recommending what would be the best steps to take to get the car working again. Brendan & Russell from the sales team helped me look through a range of different models & assisted me with finding the exact car that was right for me. They were both easy to speak to. Very very happy with my choice to service & but from here, and will continue to for the future.
