Not even worth one star, shocking customer service. My 82 year old mother with a massive list of items worth a lot of money was left waiting for over 20 minutes. They are short of staff apparently , mean while staff everywhere with no other customers in sight. Will never go there again and we’ll done Joyce Mayne a few doors up for awesome service.

Only 1 star because you cant give a Zero. For anyone thinking of purchasing products and extending the manufacturer warranty by purchasing the "Concierge Gold Service" - buyer be ware. 600 convection Microwave and 125 in gold service extended warranty. Unit failed and between good guys, Concierge and their "Domestic and General" insurer, they can't agree on the published Terms and Conditions. 15 Days later and the unit still hasn't been officially "assessed", no entitlement to a replacement (as per their T's and C's) because its not an "oven". Very disappointed. Have spent over 8000 in the last few years, they have lost a long term customer.

Zero stars for customer service and product knowledge, My family and I would never set foot in any Good Guys store because of the way we were treated in the Townsville store. First of all i asked the salesperson for a price on a fridge, however I wanted one in a different colour, this was not available however he could do me a good price on an upgraded version with a drink dispenser. I went and told my wife who was outside, we agreed and my wife went back in to purchase the fridge, however it became quite obvious that because a female went in she was a second class citizen, a feeling also gathered from my father who was present both times, the price which was told originally to my and my father was incorrect. I went back in to see what was the problem and apparently both my father and I "were wrong" and then told that he was actually selling me a different fridge all together..... Is this what counts for customer service? seriously zero product knowledge and people skills. Disgusting.

Bought a mac book 2013 that is still working better than my 2021 MacBook i just recently bought. Good Guys used to be so helpful back in 2013 when I had mac related issues. Now they can't do anything and have to go through Apple which is hard in NQ. Last time I will be buying from there.

SO SAD NOW, LAST WEEK I PAID 5:00 FOR MY ONLINE ORDER COMING FROM TOWNSVILLE TO CAIRNS, THE GOOD GUYS SENT FROM TOWNSVILLE TO BRISBANE TO WEST END TO TOWNSVILLE TO CAIRNS OVERNIGHT???CAIRNS SAID IT WILL BE HERE ON FRIDAY, SO THAT'S A WEEK, I DON'T UNDERSTAND IF THIS IS AN ACCIDENT, I JUST NEED A PHONE??? THIS IS WHY I DON'T NORMALLY DO ONLINE, THINGS GO WALK ABOUT, LOL
