So disappointed. No staff to help on Sunday. Product I wanted was up on top shelf and no staff could get it down until Monday so I could not buy it. I was told to go to North Shore as they had some. It certainly had changed.

Great bunnings but needs older staff, young one couldnt understand what an tv antenna plug was, tried selling me a wall mount unit, nor did he understand male & femal connections... Another customer found me what i was after...
One of the best Bunnings in town. Not only is it in a convenient spot that is central to most of Townsville, they also have an excellent team that supports the store. Always ready to help you with a friendly smile. They have one of the biggest plant ranges in Townsville and I've been really impressed with the quality of them. With a large catalogue of plants coming in and out each week, there is always something new for you to see.
Amazing shop, staff are very friendly and helpful!we visited the Trade section today and as we were driving out the worker who checks your items and dockets who's name was Joe was very polite and even gave both of my daughters a kit each with a dog jacket, pop out water bowl and leash all with the Bunnings trade logo on them. 10/10!

Lady today was most helpful. I needed a stock on the pallet. Knowing that only 8 fit on the shelf she explained my options. I was then able to pay for two to ensure I can pick them up tomorrow. Thanks for your honest thorough help
