Recently I went in with an issue in my new dual battery system and was greeted by Greg. I admitted I had no clue what I was doing but Greg was happy to help. He provided advice, assistance and decent banter during the installation and test. Realising later that Greg was the owner, I felt I had to leave some feedback - I believe it says a lot about the store and maybe the company as well. You don’t often see bosses willing to jump to help their customers like Greg did. It’s was refreshing, admirable and appreciated. Thank you Greg, thank you battery world Townsville.

I’d recommend them to anyone. I bought some batteries for my mobility scooter and was given great service from the minute I walked in the door. Will continue to ship there from now on for all my battery needs
Having used Battery World previously for my wifes car, I immediately contacted them to replace my cars battery. 1. Service Advised to take the car in and simply drive in to the service area. On arrival less than 3 minutes technician had the old battery out and asked whether I wanted like for like ect. Done in less than 15 -20 minutes. 2. Technology Not them me I had no idea how to use the the payment method that I chose as I normally just did payment online. Thankfully the staff were patient and helpful . Thank you all for your assistance and patience.
I was restoring an old postie bike and the worker we rang said he only has " the expensive ones not like we are looking for" well as I went to look for a new battery, the batteries we were looking for are all at his shop, man if you want to ride people for there time forget about our money too. Very bad business man
Staff were excellent found all the batteries l required plus were able to put a new battery into my small clock for me which was a bonus..thanks guys....
