This team are professional and know their stuff. They take their time to explain things in plain language and will even try to educate you on how best to look after your equipment and gear. The customer service was fabulous from the wonderful Admin staff to the knowledgeable Techs out back. The charge for all this great service is very reasonable. Took my campervan to A-Lect to investigate a solar panel no longer charging the house battery. Paul was thorough, patient with my endless questions and trouble-shot the issue to some dodgy - DIY - wiring by previous owner. He fixed up the issue confirmed that all the system were working properly. When the bill came, I was pleased to see a VERY fair amount of the amount of time and effort Paul took.
