At every turn Storage King was supportive and extremely helpful. The amount of goods to be stored exceeded my estimation, at the last minute the Storage King Team at Fyshwick helped out immediately with a new contract and bigger unit.. I needn’t have worried, they are professional and nothing was too much trouble .

I have only had good experiences with the staff here. I hired a unit that ended up being more than I needed and they effortlessly moved me to a smaller unit, without charging me any other fees and transferring the remaining credit. Very helpful and friendly.
Disgusting company countless incentives for new customers yet us long term get punished with rate increases and harassment if we fall a little bit behind on repayments. I got a reduction from my realestate in home rental yet here I get increases 20-25 perfect above CPI When I ask about the new customer incentive i get told I can remove my furniture and bring it back the next day to be a “new” customer
The staff at Storage King really went out of their way to help me get settled in quickly and without fuss. The courtesy truck was a fantastic bonus and getting the paperwork done was a breeze. Would highly recommend.
Doubled the price one day before move in. I booked a unit through the Storage King website and paid the full amount for one month. The day before I was due to move in I got a call telling me the price had doubled and that I would need to pay the extra. Jordan was helpful and considerate but it was clear his managers weren't. I cancelled, asked for a refund and booked with another storage company. I do not recommend.
