Yoga - Went for a yoga session. Front of house were chilled an welcoming. The yoga room is very newly renovated and well setup, has mirrors which are useful for an amateur to see what I am doing. The instructor Annika was experienced and helpful. She tailored a couple of the poses to target a specific pain I was having. Great all round option for yoga in Fyshwick. I am keen to try the float tanks next.

I've been to a number of float tank service providers in Australia and even overseas. R&R are hands down the best. The Staff are chilled but professional. Amenities are 2nd to none. Can be a little trick to find the first time. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

The team is absolutely wonderful and they put so much focus on making your float a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The facility is incredible and I had such a great session - without a doubt Rest and Recovery Centre should be your first choice in Canberra!
A relaxed atmosphere to unwind. It has all the facilities you’d expect, as advertised, and all the usual comforts, but without the attitude you might expect.
This experience in relaxation is a must, the owner is a pure gem and incredibly genuine. Could not recommended this company and what they offer enough....6 stars from me.....i will be back and spread the word. Thank you

Amazing results, really assisted with stress levels and soreness. Staff were fantastic and knew a lot about floatation therapy. Highly recommend them!
