Very happy with the work and customer service for my patio. They worked really hard and clearly knew what they were doing with care. It looks fantastic and even better than I thought! I plan to get them again in the new year to do the deck.

sales woman was very abrupt and stern with us when we mentioned we were only looking at options at the time. Once we advised we werent willing to commit at this time, she lost interest in us as a client. Weird
We finished construction last year of our sunroom. Now that the furnishing and decorating is complete we are very happy with the end result. Our sunroom looks fantastic and very elegant. Not cheap but worth the price for a quality finish.

They were fast to get my order and work started after 6 weeks from order. But the installer (Chris) who turned up was un-interested in working. Smoked on my property non-stop and after 8 HOURS the two workers only installed 3 tracks. Took another 3 visits to finish. Leaks all along one edge as they used no silicon at all (maybe they ran out) and light bar was not clipped in so it leaked as well. 3 months and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed....
Highly recommended!!! Pete, Jenny and the National Patios team provided an excellent, professional end-to-end service, including design, ACT government approvals, site management and high quality construction. We are very happy!
Do not use this company!! Project took 12 weeks longer that originally promised, communication was terrible and the owner is very rude. Avoid them at all cost. They are great until you sign up and pay the first deposit and then they will take forever to respond to any questions.
Don't work for this mob if you feel you should be paid a decent rate for your time.
