Intersport is personally my favorite sports store. So much variety in all sports. My favorite is the Martial Arts gear. They now have a selection of Muay Thai gear. Great quality gear. Strong and reliable. It will stand the test of time. I go to the store at least once a fortnight just to see what new stock has come in. The staff are great. They are all friendly and will help you with any questions.
Horrible customer service from management. There’s no head office to contact to settle a dispute, it’s the store managers say and that’s that better off at Rebel Sports
I love being able to park outside a shop and walk in knowing they have what you are looking for and more. Especially in these times. The swimsuits have always been a favourite. Tasteful and a good range. I've recently bought some exercise related equipment which was excellent, shoes for my son with the help of knowledgeable staff and coming into summer I know I'll find some fun outdoor games. Always a pleasure to shop at Intersport.
We bought a Vuly trampoline from Intersport and were very happy with the advice provided by the staff in the lead up to the purchase and their help afterwards in sourcing quickly items to go with the trampoline. Very friendly and helpful throughout. Happy to say this store will be our first port of call when our kids need sporting goods.
Organised singlets for social basketball with Intersport and had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and efficient and had a turn around of less than a week. They have a great range of quality products and would highly recommend anyone to go in and see for yourself!
Staff greeted me straight up and were super helpful & knowledgeable when I asked questions. It’s a pleasant shopping experience in a generation where retail is going down hill. Love the easy parking! It’s a go-to sports shop for my family.
Horrible and rude customer service they barely acknowledge you in store, they don’t return calls or emails in regards to a problem with a football shoe I had at the start of this year. lost my money 300 and swept under the rugged. There is no regional manager to try mediate a problem, store is a franchise so the head office customer support can’t do anything in regards to individual store football shoes are good if you play Aussie rules but not great for soccer. better premium sports gear in rebel sports.
