Fantastic customer service!!. Needed an o-ring for my bike pump. Had tried bike shop, no help, large hardware store, didn’t even come close. Walked in to Canberra Bearing Supplies, staff member measured the old one, walked out come back with a box of o-rings, selected the exact size .... and said “have a nice day” You made my day . Thanks

Awesome customer service and problem solving from the team at Capital Bearing Supplies. I was looking for some seals required to fix an obsolete leaking bicycle suspension damper and the staff member was so helpful finding and supplying replacement seals and providing an alternative solution for a super hard to source u-cup seal. The damper is now fully sealed and working again! Thanks guys
