Fantastic customer service from Samantha at Best Friends Pets Fyshwick. Unpacked a delivery just to get me the cat food I needed. Then price matched to get me the best price. Superb. I’ll definitely be back.

Surprising amount of live animals, they all looked happy and in nice clean cages. The store inself was large, clean with a good range of products for your pet needs from dog to reptile to rabbit to bird. It is always nice when staff come up and ask you if you need anything but in this case they were all standing in a clump behind the check out, talking.
Cat loves it, if he's happy imma be honest, I'm also happy cause he's a menace aha
Wonderful place for pets food and grooming. Has all the brands at good prices and the groomers are really good and friendly.
The girls that do the dog grooming are very friendly. My dog gets really nervous anywhere where there is a metal top table - we were a walk in, they did the grooming straight away and called me as soon as she was finished. My dog is also a fussy eater and has goard - I have found a suppliment (photo below) there that I mix with her dry that doesn't make her vomit. She now eats dry food most of the time with this suppliment

Best Friends in Fyshwick invite you to visit them however, when I did, I was very dissatisfied with the attitude (bad attitude that was) of the store manager, Ben, who responded to a simple response for discount vouchers to share with the 80 plus members of our dog club with a flippant “I don’t give a flying...” attitude. I highlighted to him how disappointed I was by his rude behaviour in front of his staff, who have always been polite and friendly. He didn’t seem to care. A smart woman saved the day for Best Friends Fyshwick, Meagan, who displayed empathy and is obviously very business savvy. We all know the customer is not always right but no customer has to put up with nasty attitude such as Ben’s as it is because of our repeat visitation that a brand thrives or fails. I stayed and bought what I needed but the visit left me with a very bad feeling. I ain’t going back, there are other options around.
Thank you so much to the groomers for doing an amazing job with my fur babies :-). Very happy and will be returning.
