Do not use this company. I keep getting contacted in relation to a matter that I have no involvement in whatsoever or have authorization to act on. I've been harassed and bombarded with calls, emails and unethical screenshots from Rasheed - even after telling him not to contact me numerous times. Very unprofessional and quite concerning behavior from a company which strives on professionalism yet shares their own clients private matters. (I was never an approved contact to begin with and yes it warrants a one star review as I get told by Melissa that I can't do anything, yet Rasheed will keep asking me to make payment. You definitely have some communication issues in your company)
