Very happy with the efficient and professional installation of new screen doors and window screen. Installers were very courteous and did a wonderful job, removed the old products and cleaned all areas that they worked in. Measure and quote were spot on and everything fits well.

Good range of aluminium bar stock but hell they charge high prices for it! Edit: The reply to this review is indicative of the attitude from one staff member in particular. Who said anything about wanting lower quality? Just a fair price!

Agreed with the good price I was given , I had called and emailed to ask for a start date since it had taken about two weeks before I decided to call Alucom. I was greeted politely and promised a call back that day which never happened I then ask why and was told he could not find the paper work , In my opinion and experience as a business owner that excuse is utterly disgusting , glad I was refunded ... well again still waiting on my receipt !
Had a concertina screen door approx 4 years ago and the screen collapsed. They don't use this company any more so cannot fix. With no alternative options. A waste of 1300.
I have had all my door screens replaced now. Michael was super helpful. Went above and beyond. He made a new booking to schedule additional staff to remove and reinstall some awning hoods. Even removing a pesky latch that was preventing the sliding door from opening all the way. Then coming back because he wasn't happy with the finished look to install some additional strip. Also attending to the last one (door screen) I had installed that wasn't quite latching. Couldn't be happier. Julie
