WARNING!! DO NOT WORK AT OR STUDY WITH THIS COMPANY. They are not paying their contract trainers and their paperwork is not legal or compliant. They use manipulation and bullying tactics. This company will shut down soon as it has been reported to the Australia Skills Quality Authority - the body that governs accredited training in this country.
Just wanted to give some recognition for our trainer Marc Pearson he has made our training the best training I've ever had very informative very knowledgeable I can confidently say I'm work ready from his training it was very enjoyable and we learnt so much information for the short 5 days we have been with him and I would defiantly do one of his courses again thumbs up
Like all the other reviews on their Facebook page I have also waited 6 weeks to begin my course and cannot get a call back from Futurum. I was enrolled to start via distance education so all they had to do was to post me the workbooks! They can't use the same excuse as they gave the others that the course had been cancelled as all they had to do was post me the books which they promised I would receive within 3 weeks. They have however already taken the money for the course from my credit card and no doubt already claimed all the money from the government funding. I wonder if they do this on purpose so you then drop out and they just keep all the government funding money? They are very dodgy, so not bother attempting to do a course with them.
Great place to work, lots of opportunity for career development
The RTO business has a bad name as it is but these guys are the ultimate in dodgy. There are many far more reputable businesses you could deal with and they all come under the same scheme.
Absolutely disgraceful practice. Not sure how the MD sleeps at night.
