It was great to finally get my home movies onto DVD. The kids love to watch themselves when they were younger and an extra copy made an easy gift for the grandparents! Quick service and very reasonable price too.

Pretty disappointed, we wanted a last minute photobook and Arkaba Photos website states "You can order your Photo Book instore through our self serve kiosks or online and we will have it ready to collect in just one hour of receiving your order" Ordered book on Tuesday night for Thursday pickup, rung Wednesday afternoon to confirm pick up, order hadn't reached store yet and would be a 2 week processing time. By this stage it was too late to go with other express options so had to go the one option that could be done in 24 hours. Poor quality, faint lines through images and extremely expensive at 109. Not so much as an apology from Arkaba, "ah that's technology" regarding order not coming through store and no real acknowledgement of the need to change website to remove 1 hour processing time. 3 clicks into order in small print says 2 week processing on spevspec orders, I guess this is the way they choose to do business.
