We are in the same boat. Cashed a years worth of scrap copper and brass. They are still refusing to pay after a month of constant chasing. Wrote out a dodgy cheque and now no one answer the phones. Don't scrap here unless you are happy making a donation without payment
Had to tidy up fathers estate over Christmas . FROGS only place open .... now we know why ! Scumbag Shane promised cash when business opened or eft . We opted for eft because we are from Cairns . Weekly calls from January sometimes three times through the week because we were told the boss would be in and would put the money through . I did say someone would be round to pick up the cash , their reply was we dont have any here !! .So polite on the phone . Shame on you Shane....., you have eroded trust in Brisbane....... you must be a Victorian ! You owe us1500.

Weighed in 700kg of copper and ally rads. Was paid 8.80. I argued with them and said I will just take back my scrap and was threatened with "we will call the police" STEER CLEAR OF THESE RIP OFFS.

Thieves. Take your scrap weigh it send you to dog box counter then tell you no money. Absolute scum.
