Placed an order on a Thursday for Monday delivery, I stressed the lady I was talking to several times about the importance of receiving the goods in time on Monday because I had a 50 people catering on Tuesday. Despite the lady’s promise the goods didn’t arrive so I had to spend the afternoon shopping frantically around for items that are not available elsewhere (mini tarts, blinis, mini buns) so as a result I had to change my menu last minute. I can’t even tell you how stressed I was having to deliver the food the morning after! Mind you, no one called me on Monday to warn me that I wasn’t gonna get my goods and of course no one call me to apologise for what happened. Awful experience.

Absolutely horrible customer service! The lady from the accounts department was so rude, disinterested and arrogant. When I asked to speak to my account manager she said he is on vacation and she even refused to pass on my details and encouraged me to find a new supplier - all this after being loyal to them for several years! Seriously the worst costumer service I have experienced in 15 years!
Great company, a very broad range of products and really good quality. They have always been there to support me when I needed.

Have been working with Eustralis (formerly Deshel) for over 4 years, always good to deal with, no issues with product returns, when they accidently short supplied some bakery items, they drove out in the afternoon and delivered to us. Great company to work with
