Re-opened in June, the Club is managing social distancing well, all machines are appropriately spaced, sanitising equipment is freely available, sanitising mists are used daily, all customers bring their own towel/water, and are required to sanitise each piece of equipment before/after each use.

Energize Health Club is a fantastic friendly place to get fit. Awesome Gym equipment, Great personal trainers, filtered water and easily accessible lockers. Energize Health Club is good for young teens as well. It has a good community feel about it.

I’ve been a member here for over a year. It’s a good gym if you know what you’re doing because the trainers here are as cold as a mother in-laws kiss. I would go as far as to say that in 12 months only one trainer has ever spoken to me and that was about my car!
