Similar to Rottnest Express, the ferry is comfortable and fun in my opinion when it gets wavy. The staff are friendly and the website is relatively easy to navigate. I did see the rottnest express ferry go a bit faster though:) This is no problem as the timings are only minutes apart and worth it for the price.

We booked online and the process was simple and straightforward. We used Sealink for our bike hire too. This was super easy and saved us lots of time when we arrived one the island. We found Sealink to be cheaper than other providers for bundling bike hire, transportation and island entry fees. The staff were excellent and we got complimentary icy poles on the return trip! You can also get a cold beverage from the bar, if you're thirsty following a big day out riding around the island.

Great Service! Will always choose you guys from now on! Girls on the phone were helpful all 4 times I spoke to them and never made me wait past 1 minute. They were super quick and understood my request each time! And more than happy to change my times and I didn't feel like a burden (some of my requests were those of a "difficult customer"). Well done to the team...from reception to the gentlemen scanning tickets at boat!! You deserve a big staff dinner! Thank you Somayyeh Atagazli

Smooth, fast ride on a modern vessel. Reasonably comfortable seats and they run on time. Drinks etc are available on board.

Good service, but please adhere to your "boarding closes 10 mins prior" rule to avoid stragglers holding up departure. One of the monitors needs to be fixed. Staff were friendly and the ride was smooth.

Great service, easy online booking friendly staff and running on time on a wet and windy early morning. Only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is the music........ Who choses the tunes? techno / house style beats to loud to think or chat. The poor staff listning to that on loop would go nuts. Change the tunes my friends!

Went for a day trip with the family to Rottnest and decided to go with Sealink. All the guys on board were helpful and friendly and the kids loved getting an icy pole on the way back. Will use them again.
