We used BCWA to inspect a property the we are in the process of buying. Kyle was amazing, he was enthusiastic about our heritage house, we found his enthusiasm infectious. He welcomed questions that we had and actively engaged us during the inspection. His report was very concise including further info on general maintenance. I highly recommend Building Consultants' work. Kyle provided a very detailed and thorough report at a reasonable price. In the report he highlighted an issue that actually became a problem at the final building inspection. He also provided very prompt and considered advice to our queries to resolve the issue.
