Visited Freedom today, staff where reasonably friendly, they have a great range of home accessories but the prices aren’t pretty but the products are quality and aren’t cheaply made so that’s something to remember! It’s a big store with lots in it so I can recommend Freedom as a place definitely worth checking out!!!

#freedomManagment I had the worst shopping experience of my life at the Hobart Freedom store today. A staff member blatantly lied to the store owner- Manager about an enquiry I had. I was treated disgustingly, by a floor staff member and management. Usually the staff are lovely but these two were horrible. The owner-manager told me he didn't need my business. Please avoid shopping there at all cost!! #freedommanagment Very disheartening, disappointing. Not happy.

Found the furniture to be nice and good quality..however we ordered a lounge suite, dining table and chairs in early June 2020. Received the chairs and lounge in late August and still waiting for the table.. I'm sure they had to cut the tree, dry the timber, make the table and it still hasn't arrived from where, I don't know. 5 months and still waiting ....

We had a wonderful customer service experience from Elenora at Freedom Hobart store! She helped us choosing furniture for our new home. She patiently went back and forward the store to find suitable furniture for our living room. She kept us informed with the delivery. All the furniture came within the scheduled time and they all came in perfect condition. Thanks to her that now we have a comfy and modern look living room. Elenora is a hard worker and has a great knowledge when it comes to interior design. We highly recommend Elenora to anyone who are thinking to decorate and/or purchase furniture from Freedom Hobart store.
