Ive trained here for 3 years and could not recommend sting gym frankston any more highly. Very experienced trainer and a really friendly atmosphere. If your wanting to compete or just improve fitness you cant go past sting gym frankston!
Friendly environment where you can learn or practice Boxing and more, with a great coach who knows how to get the best out of you, and a really good bunch of guys.
