Been my go-to tech place since forever. I bought a printer that just would not work with my computer. Very helpful in taking it back and replacing it with one that works just fine. I also use the printing service - also brilliant.

Such a one stop shop. With such big aisles and fully stocked shelves it’s very easy to find what you’re looking for because there are also signs above stating what is in each aisle. There are plenty of staff around who know where to locate things, a large range of tables desks and chairs. The photo and printing area are large and quite busy. It seems like all the latest technology is available. The lady that served us was very friendly. Unfortunately my gift voucher of two years had just expired but now they have extended them for three years but was to know availability for half.

Just Me

A bit like all officeworks, no customer service and when you can catch an employee they’re not terribly happy about it. I’ve been told it’s not their area then ignored, not even pretending to get someone to help me. There’s been more than a few different times I wish there was somewhere else I could get what I needed but I can’t be bothered listing them all. I’m sure you get the picture.

Update: I had an issue with something I got from this store online and they replaced it without any fuss at all. Great service Officeworks. Good selection of stock and even though they were busy I got served fairly quickly. The click and collect order system is handy. Wish I'd known I didn't have to go to the counter to resolve that and pickup though. They confirmed my order and got it out for me with no dramas quickly and efficiently. Glad that they check id before your take the stuff you've already paid for online as it gives you confidence to do bigger orders.

Employees are avoidant and unpleasant to speak with. A lot of them also seem to be tech illiterate. They were having a hard time understanding my worries about third party cables not being compatible with some apple products, as though it were an impossibility.

Went into Officeworks Frankston for some Pictures to be printed and was attended to by Erin - what a breath of fresh air this young lady was and she gave the air of efficiency and enthusiasm that I totally enjoyed - I spent less than 20 but judging by the service by Erin it did not matter - a fantastic representative for Officeworks - Go Erin you deserve this.
