Very affordable 24/7 gym. Friendly staff, heaps of equipment and never too crowded. I'm always able to find plenty of equipment to use during peak periods.

I have been going to Energym close to 2 years now absolutely love this place. I can honestly say it is like my second home. Billy and Simone always go out of their way to help you. I am very happy to have found this place.
Energym has the BEST aerobics instructor and the best classes you could find. There is nothing else like it at other gyms (I looked when I moved away and drive all the way back to Seaford just to go to this gym). I have been attending the same classes for over 16 years! Marianne is the BEST instructor you could find!
Whether you are looking for a place to get fit, learn self defence, or are a parent and want your child to learn the importance of discipline and respect then Energym is the place for you. I started training in Karate and kickboxing at Energym when I was 6 years old, I am now 23 and the values Billy and Simone instilled in me have stayed with me throughout my life. I am certain I have grown up to be a better person because of the fantastic environment they have built together and the wonderful role models they are.
Fantastic Training and Support!! Simonne and Billy run Energym with an extreme focus on customer support towards your goals whether it be weightloss, martial arts or keeping your fitness up. Energym has the professional experience and heart to get you to the health goals you want to achieve. Energym also runs martial arts classes for kids that can help them with self defence, confidence and being part of a healthy group environment.
Best place to train in any martial art form. Billy and Simone are absolutely fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. I'd never train anywhere else.
