I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order with this business. They have no concept of meeting obligations or customer service. We placed an order in late September 2020 and we don't have an installation date yet. It's not a complex job, just two sliding louvres. In fact, on 16 December 2020 they announced with great fanfare that our installation would take place the week commencing 25 January 2021. Then, we were advised on 28 January 2021, a few days after the proposed installation date, they didn't even have all the materials. On 1 February 2021 they said they would come back to us ASAP with a firm date. Still no advice. Unbelievable. UPDATED 8 March 2021, still nothing despite advice from Vanguard on 25 February 2021 - still unable to provide a firm install date...... will aim to come back to you in the next 24hrs. Still no advice. UPDATED 10 MARCH. We called Mark as suggested. He knew nothing about it but said he would call back by the end of the day. Guess what? As expected nothing. Your words are just words Mr Owner. Despicable behaviour. We'll call again tomorrow.

Shading and blinds were a very important component of our new build mid-century modern home, which faces west. The blinds were the last piece of the puzzle and we waited until after last summer to install these to see what shading we needed. The team at Vanguard in Fortitude Valley were excellent and properly engineered, constructed and installed our blinds at a fair price. The quality are excellent and one year one we are so thrilled with this modern economical design, look and ease of use. I would and have highly recommended this company.

I have had Vanguard Blinds instal a bank of 7 external motorised blinds on the sixth floor of an apartment block where they had to be lifted up the outside of the building, and required harness to instal. I've also had them instal 8 internal motorised blinds. Their product is superb quality, their installers are brilliant, all staff are very well presented, well-spoken, and well-mannered. I would order again from them, but a word of caution. You must keep in touch constantly to make sure they deliver on time.

The worst service I have ever received in any form. Ordered blinds 8 months ago and the job still isn’t finished. We have had to commission an independent contractor to finish the job. Worst part is they didn’t care. Nor do they ring you back when you chase them up. I strongly recommend do not use this company.
