I was trying to organise my best friends hens night and found it quite difficult to find a venue that had options for smaller groups; there was only 7 of us. I found this place and saw they had VIP booth options available, so I put an enquiry in online. Once I hadn't heard back from them in a week I also tried to ring them; left messages and sent them facebook messages, numerous times but NEVER received a reply from any form of contact. My other friend who was helping me organise this night also tried calling them, left messages and never received a response back. All I actually wanted was a price list and what was included in their VIP booths, this seemed like a very simple request which apparently couldn't be actioned. I also know they saw all my facebook messages as it said 'read' on them each time. Very disappointed in their customer service and lack of communication. We needed up going to Heya Bar in the valley and they were amazing, fantastic communication, not hassles with having questions answered and managed to sort out an affordable package for us. Would highly recommend them!
